It depends what's meant. In some ways I think the archaic worldview was much clearer and less ambiguous. But Axiality wants to build a complete linguistic picture of the world in some ways not unlike logical positivism, and they were notoriously obsessed with clarity.
Clarity is a beautiful thing.
